Who operates Outlayered

Outlayered is a Webminter LLC product. Webminter LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. Contact contact@webminter.com or write to 30 N Gould St Ste R 4000, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. This product notice describes Outlayered rather than the agency website.

Processing your images

In local mode, processing happens on the computer hosting Outlayered. In Cloud mode, images are uploaded to the worker. The current implementation stores outputs and job metadata on that host. Automatic retention is not yet a verified service promise.

Account and payment data

Cloud sign-in uses an email address and a one-time link. The application stores account and credit information. Configured email and payment services receive information needed to deliver messages and complete checkout.

Browser storage

The client keeps the session token in session storage for the current tab session. Previews use temporary object URLs. No optional analytics are included in this implementation.

Deletion and requests

Job history provides a delete action for results. Contact Webminter LLC at contact@webminter.com for access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests. Applicable rights depend on your location; mandatory rights remain unaffected. Product-specific retention schedules, vendor contracts and processing locations must be confirmed before public launch.

Training and disclosures

This application does not implement a customer-image training pipeline. A broader no-training commitment requires confirmation of operating practices and processor agreements.

Service providers and purposes

Account data enables sign-in and credit accounting; uploaded files enable the requested image processing. Payment records support purchase fulfillment and billing assistance. Hosted installations may use Vercel and Modal, EmailIt for sign-in delivery, and Stripe for checkout when configured. Deployment regions, retention and any transfer safeguards must be validated for the public service before launch.
